Motorola Blur

Does anyone have a Motorola Blur Android device ?  Apparently one of the applications isn't full screen on the device - and I no longer have any devices to test on.

I have a Droid 3 on Android 2.3.6, it DO have the problem that some apps have issues to be not full screen as expected.
