There would probably be a market targeting these portable devices (iPad, iPhone, etc) of an camera harness attachment.
It would allow you to position a camera at a fixed position away from the device and allow you to record your actions.

The fixed position would help with cheaper cameras that have a hard time refocusing and other automatic settings that movement affects.  Plus you wouldn't get a shaky video!

There's so many developers / reviewers these days I'd bet this could sell well, especially if you could make it universal (or for a certain size device).  Although it may look funny having an iPhone facing /recording another iPhone!

Problem is, how could you actually play most of the iOS games with a camera attached?

Much better to record it being played on a pc and state that it's indicative/identical to iOS play.
I came. I saw. I played.

"Why don't you just make ten louder and make ten be the top number and make that a little louder?"
- "These go to eleven."

Well, i was picturing it about 10" away from the device, to allow room to hold it and interact with it.
But yes, since we can run the game on the PC, that option would provide the best results.
Although game reviewers can't play the PC version!  (unless the developer provides a link for that, which wouldn't be a bad idea)

It's an age old problem, anyone remember the old Your Sinclair & ZZAP64 game reviews & their less than optimal screenshots sometimes
