Old BBC V RISCOS program

Been going through my backups (as I'm looking for an old program), and found one of my old BBC BASIC V RISCOS programs - and the only one I didn't compress, and so is still readable.

This is a multi-layered map editor :

(Un)fortunately the MenuUtils module I use isn't 32-bit compatible and wont work with RISCOS 5...
