Forum ´quick edit msg´ behaviour

On my end, when I click the bottom right button for a quick edit, it brings a blank msg.
The top one is fine.

I´m using chrome, is anyone getting that or is my browser somehow nuts?

Funny enough, I noticed that yesterday. I don't know if it's a new issue as I don't normally use that button. I'm using FireFox 18.
