A bit like Health & Safety laws to me, both have some stupid things going on. Just wish the money spent on courts etc on some of them was spent on something more productive or beneficial.

The have the right to ban them, but they don't do it, yet. I think they just want something else from MS as an exchange.

Of course it'll never come down to a full ban; MS won't let it get that far - too much to lose. They'll settle out of court, or come to some other arrangement.
