have the logo in several resolutions:

6000x4000 (can print in your wall... )
1280x853
512x341

it's in PNG + alpha for the shadow.
No text, just the cubes.

Let me know if it's ok or usefull.
Should it be in higher resolution? square cut? change anything?

Any chance of the model with a thick black line around it (sort of toon/cel shading) like the logo at the top of the site? Any chance of seeing the same outlined blocks with and without the background shadow?

We are all so used to that black border by now so it's supposed to be there :-)

Yep. The black border does the job perfectly.

to be honest, I think that a black perimeter removes a lot of the 3D perception, it really 'flattens' the image.
I like it best without the accented outline.

I think that proves that you can't please everyone all the time

I think the black border works. I'd say go for it. I would like to use the new logo in my game as part of the Powered by. Maybe someone can make up a Powered By Logo for us to use....

I agree, but it dosen't flatten it 100%. The black outline keeps everything tied.
