Now this is nice, it looks like an excellent reference/tutorial book.

Only scanned the text but it looks very good, the only advice I would be to lower the tab size in the listings (Eg. page 89) as there is a little too much line wrapping.

I had thought about that, but anything less than 8 point gets a bit hard to read...

Of course.  But don't forget to buy the paper-based version, just for completeness...

I'd love them all in book form but I would need to sell a kidney to purchase from Lulu! 

I'd like to support this if possible so I'll at least purchase the electronic ones for now, if you had a PayPal account I could email you the cash and cut out Lulu altogether?

Unfortunately, I dont use PalPay - mainly because they like to take too much money.

In addition, they do all the printing too, so I cant exactly cut them out
