ScribbleMP
« on: 2009-Sep-11 »
Hi,
Just downloaded the above Free application, very nice indeed. :good:

As a very new Apple iPhone/iPod Developer is there any chance of a copy of
the GLBasic ScrebbleMP.gbap Project, it would be nice to see how you detect
the mouse touches compared to myself.

Also I know Uncle is building iPhone/iPod libraries but are there any available to
hobby people like myself? =D

Regards,
johngood.

There is some code in the Showroom to show how to detect mouse touches.

Thanks MrTAToad,

It is Uncle's code in the Showroom that I have converted to give me touch areas to send my player in the following directions:

Up
Down
Left
Right

I just thought there might be Libraries in the iPhone 3 SDK to allow hot areas to be defined via a call to the Library in question!
