Hi ,
For my latest Project i have a idea about raspberry Pi and the Maximite .
I will create a Programm for get/send Data with tcpip and Bridge this to Maximite over rs232 or spi.
Ala wifly.
So i Need to Know :
Glbasic :
Are the socket Commands working on Pi ?
How to Access rs232 in glb on the Pi ?

Maybe someone have a better idea to solve this ( in another Language or somthing ) ?
Anyone ?
Thx

HI Marmor I suppose You have to use the Com library in the forum... I think this have dev/ ports, like in Linux...
Raspberry use Linux, isn'it?¿...

It's the same I counsil, in Windows runs very good, in Linux I think have to works, but I'm not sure...

I have been trying all week to get GLB working by installing all sorts of libs on Wheezy but just can not. I know it is possible on Debian virtual image and others have done it on a real device I think.

The main reason is to access the com/USB port. Perhaps we should be able to also read and write to the GPIO, and that would be just lovely. I have not done anything interesting as I've done most on the Arduino, like blink a light. Alternative, I can run the Aurdino IDE but (and should be able to upload but not yet) although, in a stretch, I was thinking of just connecting Bluetooth from RPi or just the connected RPi with Nano to talk to the Mega.

Does someone have a (old or new version) SD Raspbian (or other) image with GLB working?  :nw:
What can we do whilst we wait for the official GLB RPi compiler, which is disabled in v11?
