Android: PAUSEMUSIC FALSE does not restart music

Minor one.

PAUSEMUSIC TRUE on Android seems to work. However, trying to restart the music with PAUSEMUSIC FALSE doesn't work.

Tested on GLBasic IDE version 10.179
Music file was ogg format
