As I understand it, it connects as a bluetooth keyboard,
so in theory yes it should work, as the iPhone will pick up the keyboard presses,
and GLBasic should be able to read them.

...but only when the keyboard is visible. If it's invisible you have to run a deamon that requires a jailbreak from what I heard. If that's true, it's absolute rubbish to me. I'd prefer the suck-on-stick then.
...or games that are designed for a touch screen. If I want jump&run games, I play on the Pandora or a NDS.

It would make more sense to connect as a bluetooth device that simply sends commands which could then be interpreted. If it connected as a bluetooth mouse it would be alright =)
