JB iphones and GlBasic

Hi all. Need expert advice fast.

My friend is experiencing problems with my app. Everytime he starts the app it loads and when he clicks anywhere it just quits.
His iPhone is a JB phone. I asked him if he has problems with other apps, and upto now he has not had any just with mine.
Is this a problem with JBiphones working with glBasic?. he can run all other Apps. is it to do with Latest update?
Id be really glad to know whats the problem. Maybe an internal xcode setting? there must be something to do im pretty sure.

The best way would be to get his phone and debug on it using XCode.

The cause could be anything - out of bound arrays; not loading someing; looking for something in the wrong place; trying to write to something that cant be overwritten or invalid...

Yes but it works perfect on all non JB iphones, not to mention iTouch. No problem there. can never be an array in my opinion. What you Think mate? my other friend has non JB iphone plays smooth as cream

Is it an older phone model? Older models do not have the same amount of memory as newer ones - maybe th JB one is running out of memory?

Are you sure that other users are not experiencing crashes and just not reporting them?

Can you create a version of your app that doesn't use media (or a small test program) and test that on the JB phone?

Ye indeed sounds more like older version or something. Memory dont think so. Main menu screen loads perfectly, then even if I click on an un-used part of the screen, ie program would not execute anything, it stays stuck. thats why its not a memory issue. Has me pretty confused to be honest. And I know others are not crashing coz they are actually friends of mine with iphones, and works perfect.

What version of IOS is he running?  Is it a much older version than your other friends.  I know one of mine has never even connected to iTunes
