Sound Bug

Hello Gernot,

I just upgraded to the latest version 4.163, and all sound in my application stopped working.

As I investigated, I tried using the sample program "TestSound.gbas" and the sound in it worked.... more investigation revealed that the defference was that my application runs in "full screen" mode, and TestSound runs in a window. So I changed the compile option for TestSound to  be full screen, and then it's sound quit working also.

Next, I changed my application to compile to run as a window, and it's sound started to work again.

Conclusion: Sound no longer functions in the latest version when compile option is set to "Fullscreen".[/b]

Can you fix this? (I'm sure you can!)

Thanks Gernot!

Yes it does.

Hi

It works in Fullscreen by using SETSCREEN.  There must be a bug somewhere.:D
So I have to work now. :( Have a nice day
