BATTERY condition in GP2X WIZ

The Wiz's battery is a curious thing - it's capacity and charge time vary greatly. I don't even trust the Wiz's own battery indicator!

IIRC - When the Wiz is plugged into a pc the charge shows (on the Wiz) 100% - even when it's empty. Don't rely on it.
