PocketPC sound volume

The volume parameter in PLAYSOUND command doesn't work on PPC. Maybe it happens because PPC doesn't understand float values.

does playsound work at all?
PPC = powerPC, or PocketPC?

Playsound works, but it always play loud sound, doesn't matter what value has volume parameter.
By PPC i mean Pocket PC.
