Pre 2 only...  I couldn't get it to work on the Tablet, and cant look at it until (if) I get one...

Cool. That's what I have. Why not for first pre BTW? I've flagged both pres as compatible when I release an app. I just assumed would be practically identical and approval process didn't complain

I don't have a Pre 1, so I cant test especially as I dont know what the PDF viewer is called on it.

Hmm, iOS obviously sucks for sharing devices, but it would be a good idea here to have some sort of testing pool for other devices. I mean just email the testers your compiled file and see if it works. Compatibility solved.

And considering GLB works very well between devices (not counting specific OS APIs) then it would mostly be for testing  at the last minute. My iOS game worked straight away on the Pre 2, and all I needed to do was dial down the sensitivity of the "mouse" and replace the iPod music plugin with some MP3 music and I published on the WebOS store within a couple of hours really.

I mean I have a iPod touch 2G, iPhone 3GS, iPod touch 4G, Android tablet 2.3, and a Pre2. Quite a bit of hardware but am stuffed on testing for example on a Pre1. Don't really want to buy one, and if I do get another tablet it will be probably an iPad rather than the HP effort, but not both. And if someone can get around the old iOS pain of sharing apps (Pre2 and Android is just so easy to share between people) then we would be sorted there too. Between everyone here surely we cover all devices.

Worth considering anyway.

Gernot did think about that sort of thing a while ago but nothing came of it.

Pre 1 are fairly rare and expensive which doesn't help...
