Any possibility to create WinCE 4.5 apps?

my CE device died. Won't boot anymore. Is there an emulator for CE? I used to have one years ago, but can't find it now.

There is a CE 5.0 emulator, but, as I stated a year or so ago, I couldn't get it working (although someone else did)

The only problem can be the fact that it is hoted on Polish site, and you need account to download it. I can DL it and rehost it for RS/MU or anything you like? ok?

Yes, im using it on XP 32bit. But dont really know about vista/7. But i can check it tommorow on my laptop.
