DOWN button/key in editor not working

When using the DOWN button/key to go to the line below, the cursor stays on the current line and does not move down. Any basic commands get Capitalized - That's cool, but the cursor should still move down, which it does not do. This is pretty annoying, since I have to locate the cursor with the mouse if I wish to place it lower in the source.

oops. I see this problem was reported previously, but I missed it in the search. Sorry about that.
I am using GLBasic IDE, Version: 10.202 registered version.

Down key code = 208
System DELL XPS notepad - using Windows 7 Professional.
The down key works for all other apps, even in this little edit box I'm typing into now.

Do an update - V10.283 is the latest version.

"Web" ->"Internet Update" -> "Check Manually Now"

May be an idea to set the download on the website to the latest version. I downloaded and registered only 3 days ago, and ... need I say more.

Yes, that "current version" text could do with being updated.  Might also be a good idea if it linked to the download area.
