Transparent icons on Palm Pre - bug or user error?

Prior to the last update, when I compiled my WebOS app my app. icon had aplha transparency (as I had intentionally drawn it), however now the icon is solid (with a white background).

I can see it's transparent in Windows, but it's solid on my Pre. I've attached the .PNG image below.

Has anyone else noticed this problem, or is it just user error?

The icon in the webos directory is not touched if it's there.
Check that if it's ok.

To update the icon cache on the device, you would have to reboot (Super+Sym+R)
