Small problem with new update

I'm not sure is it bug or not, but I've got a problem with 6.156 update. With this update, animation from files with small resolution have a border lines, that should not be. Why it happens?

I have tried to run the same example on Pocket PC and there is no this border lines. So for me it isn't problem for now.

You probably need to use SMOOTHSHADING FALSE...
