That's a tough one & depends on what you are after. The htc one has great sound thanks to their link with Beats Inc & has inbuilt stereo speakers, the camera on the Sony is not that great. Both have great screens though.

If look & feel are your main things then the Sony does feel nicer to me in my hand than the htc one thanks to the sandwich of glass that makes the phone, just feels more "Engineered" & solid to me (and looks cooler).

Not had a play with an S4 yet but if it takes after the S3 then I would have to go with either the sony or htc as the S3 felt cheap & fragile in my hands compared to the others.

my friend have just got that one (Sony Experia Z), Greedy Mouse run very smooth and he wondere where the pixels was? The issue im have see is the smilies in the Skype which have not been upscaled correctly, and its have the sidebar on the left, and not on the bottom. That can effect some Landscape applications. But howover its a small thing.

Im have not tried that phone, but just what he have said and screenshots he took, and yes the sidebar is 128 pixels wide and you will get a smaller resoulution in your game.
