Looking great! A few things I would suggest:
- you don't need the shoebox.exe in your project it's just for packing, not for unpacking
- If you0 right-click the buttons [-] or
  • , it could make bigger steps

- Try SYSTEMPOINTER TRUE and don't draw a mouseointer then

Looks very good. I'd have given the DDgui a try, but then - yours look much better.
