Linux DEB Package creation

Is ridiciously complicated, and what is worth, not of it is simply explained...

I've got it down to 8 problems now, with 3 of those due to embedded libraries (may be a problem getting a package into the Ubuntu store), 1 with RPATH (most likely with stop a package being accepted) and the remaining 4 to do with man pages and menus...

Linux could do with an application that allows package creation without the need for makefiles and all that rubbish...
