Error in keycode (08) and (09)

I there,
I think the keyboard have got a problem, whit some keys.

When I put this:
key(08)  make somthing or whit key(09)

the compiler give this error:

*** FATAL ERROR - Please post this output in the forum

I try to put only 8 and 9 but doesn´t works.

This works :

DEBUG KEY(8)

Doing KEY(08) makes the compiler think you are using the octal base system (0-7)
