I don't know why it has so many downloads... around 1700 now. The same app on iOS has 700 downloads, 2 weeks.

Perhaps the bad reviews give it 1 star, then some other people has login to counterattack this 1 stars review... I think this flame war has been positive for the app... anyway, the paid app has got only 2 sales in this 3 days...

I can not still sent a comment, always said "error, try later".

Don't know why, but GLB has a compile target for Pixi... my app has "native" multi-screen support, so it has no problem detecting screensize and adapt to it, so a webos compilation dont work on Pixi.

For Pixi support you must compile with the platform "PALM-PIXI". This is essential, because "WEBOS" will compile with an ARM optimization the Pixi would not understand (and crash, thus).

OT:
In Bavaria we have a word "Bixn", which comes from the word "Büchse" for "can/tin" and is used for small girls, girls in general and a small girls word for "the different part" on females. So, hearing "Pixi", which would be a cute pronunciation of "Bixn" always makes me giggle. I mean, what would you say if a device was called minnie, fairy or fluffy?

Mini (over here) is also a slang term for female genitalia, as is fanny. In the US, fanny is a slang term for the rear. Anyone mentioning fanny packs (we call them "bum bags") on US tv always bring a smile.

That's only 2 letters. Pixie is seriously close to it and for us that is basically like a little fairy elf type effort. Basically anything to do with birds (ie. girls).

Heh, that reminds me of Married with children. It used to be on when I was a kid at a normal hour (say about 7 at night). But Peggy's maiden name was Wanker. I suppose at the time it wasn't checked but was a right laugh every time. Apparently in the US it means stupid and not what we take it as.

Funny you should say that - I watched a US show recently that used that term too, and was more than a little surprised as US shows rarely, if ever use cusses and the one I was watching never does.

Yeah, I was like that years ago. From what I gather it's like a really old way of calling someone an idiot. And so they were being a *little*bit subtle calling her maiden name that. I guess would be the same as a show in the UK calling someone Miss Uncouth. Or something like that...
