QuoteWhat is it BTW? I'm hoping it's that one rejected by Apple. Hubba-Hubba!!
Heh, it is now (Rotaslider swimsuit edition)! Went through HP without a hitch! Stick that in the eye Apple! I'll update the app thread later.

Mwahahahaha! :) Feel a bit better now that went through. About 3 hours work to change a couple of things from iPhone (mainly the music which I used the iPod music before and now I have a more 70's washing machine film music if you know what I mean) and all good to go! From iPhone rejection to HP acception (is that a word?) in one evening (plus the free version of the cat slider game). Once again Gernot you are like a God amongst men. I will buy you a pint if I'm ever in your neck of the woods again :booze:

Kitty Hello

Keep us updated about the sales. No, don't. Well, Ok, do.

Nah, I'm not interested.

OK, a tiny update, maybe.

Darn temptation. Must.. resist.. Mammon

erico

That is great to hear.

It figures apple would reject, they keep a close look on their ´soft porn´ apps and it seems you must be on their team to make it pass or something else.

HP is probably more worried about adding numbers to their store.

If you can share some numbers (sales) let us know, I´m curious.

Yeah will post figures when I get them. Out of interest how do you market a WebOS app? I saw the main site indicated they wouldn't review it unless you helped out other coders on the forum (unlikely considering used GLB). Anyone have any advice? Same for iPhone would be good too cone to think of it.

Well, the best way to help out the other coders, in my opinion, is to introduce them to GLB!    =D :good:

Oh yeah, good point. Didn't think of that. I just assumed they meant helping with pure WebOS code.

I've already put the good word out at DarkBasic (been a member there since 2000), but everyone is all excited about their new tool that is basically like GLB. Looks pretty good but has some major limitations. Like if you use BASIC syntax (like GLB and more importantly DarkBasic Pro that everyone knows how to use on the site) then you have to publish through DarkBasic publishers. Hmmm. If you use C++ then you can compile on a Mac and release yourself. But then why not learn Objective C if you ask me, especially for people used to BASIC syntax. Hmm...
