If you reinstall palm Pre OS and don´t have a SIM card, you can use this tutorial hyper easy, and make a by-pass for use palm pre whitout card.

Hi Ocean I try to make this, but whit another company card, I only can make a new profile, but, when the phone wants connect to the server tell me , it can´t do it.

I think, this is good when you reinstall the S.O, the fact for make this is... I install a little application made in Glbasic and C++, and after I can´t delete from phone, and for this I have to reinstall the S.O.

I think is too much better your example, but if anyone is in my case, can make this very easy.

PS: Another thing to have in mind is... if Palm make this, becuase don´t will make another companys?¿. Perhaps in future phones, don´t is necessary have a phone line account for only develop, whit the "X" model  of mobile.
