Direct output to another display

I know it sounds odd, but I have an app that requires output on a secondary display.

So, for example, I have 2 monitors, the second monitior is an extension of the first monitor - anybody know how I can start my program to be displayed on the second monitor.

Oh, this is in windows as well.
