If you need auto render for such, you can use after effects or GIMP+GAP. A bit more complex to deal though.

Thanks guys, seems is a alpha or beta... I read people try to use, but said no tutorials yet.

About you comment erico with AE (really is a very very nice soft and expensive.. I used a lot when I worked producing videos), now we have a open source option...

Take a look to this too guys (If you do home video or something with video is very powerfull), and how said Erico sure you can do Pixel Art from video like in AF... Is another tool free and is for all Desktop Systems...

I don't touch too much but I think is like NUKE , all working with nodes .
