Version 7.082 update failed

Version 7.082 gives the error message below:

It looks like VS 2008 Redist will be needed too, for some reason.

However, the main cause is a missing manifest file...

Gernot will take care of the issue soon enough im sure.

For now, just install the RC2 from the main website.
