Hi ,
after poking the www for a free programm i think i need to ask here.
anybody knows a source to get a programm for rotoskoping ?

I don't know of any specific rotoscope software (free or otherwise), but Poser 3D has free versions (and demos) out there. Poser 3D allows you to animate 3D model easily and quickly you can save output as bitmaps. It also comes with stock models and animations for humans and animals and there are plenty of free ones available too.

Best shot for quality is doing it by hand on the likes of an image soft or comp one. (gimp/after effects).
That, of course, will depend on what you are up to with that.
Are you looking into karateka/prince of persia kind of stuff?

There is also the Spriter (demo available), but that doesn't have a GLB export option IIRC, but you can still save out your animations (but you need to create your images first). http://www.brashmonkey.com/spriter.htm
