See how to fix it:

Thank you for the new update :)
Fullscreen mode still isn't working though. :(
Neither is setting the resolution of the window above 640X480.
Lazarus: what are your system specs?
AMD Sempron 2.0 GHz, 1 GB Ram, Windows XP Home SP2, 64MB Ati Radeon XPress 200.
Hmm... it should be able to handle OpenGL. Can you confirm that you have downloaded the latest video drivers from the ATI/AMD site?
The drivers that ship with XP and often the ones you download from the MS site via auto update do not fully support OpenGL. They will only support software emulation.
If you already have done that, then I can't be much of a help. Working okay on my end, but my six machines all have Nvidia cards in them.
Well, GLBasic has always worked right before this latest patch - I didn't change any of my hardware either. :/
I do have the latest drivers, btw.
Do you have a demo version?
Yes.
Demo ist limited to 640x480, windowed. There was a bug before that allowed to bypass this using SETSCREEN, but it's "fixed" now.
Sorry, but windowed should be sufficient for deciding whether GLBasic rocks or sucks.
Ahh, that explains it.
