maybe we can compile for this too with GLB? hehe

I have never been a fan of watches, with the exception of old pocket ones.
What do you guys think of this?
Those are amazing! I just saw a video about them two weeks ago.
So disappointed they wont be out until later this year. :'(
Aw, these pledges are all sold out:
QuotePledge $235 or more
100 Backers SOLD OUT (0 of 100 remaining)
HACKER SPECIAL You'll get early access to the SDK and we'll send you a prototype Pebble in August so you can get started coding. You will also receive another Pebble in any color when the full batch ships. Free shipping to USA. (Add $20 for shipping to Canada, $30 for international shipping.)
Estimated Delivery: Aug 2012
That would've been great, we could have all chipped in $20.
(And the 2nd watch would have a neat prize for Gernot to give away for a new contest . . . best Pebble game! ha)
I understand it is mainly for displaying textual data and updates, but it would be fun to create little games to run in that window! Or screen saver type apps that only entertain.
I can't wait, I know I'll be getting one!

maybe also some pet-games, or something that could be played by multi users? possibilities are endless.
We could get started programming right away:
- 144 x 168 pixel display black and white e-paper
- 4 buttons
- 3 axis accelerometer with gesture detection
Just code your game to the above specs.
Of course if Gernot *can't* get it working with GLBasic, you may have wasted your time.
Ok, how about a new game contest?!
Best 'mini' game (using the above or similar specs!). :good:
(Edit: then pack them all up into one package with a menu to select the game, and release a community game pack!)
specs are tempting! I wonder about sound.
