Title: Tiny ios5 issue: SETORIENTATION not rotate notifaction center.

As subject say, notationcenter does not rotate as its should (the pulldown menu from top)

totally OT: The other day I had my phone next to a kid's cassette player (yes, they still exist) and it made that brrrr.bit.bit.bit.brrrr noise you get when you make phone calls next to a speaker. So - there was mobile data sent.
But, I have all notifications disabled. I think. What could that be?

back to topic: I see if I can wrap this.

Apple devices collecting data without the user knowing? Never! ;)

The sound you hear is just when any phone is communicating with the network,
be it data, a incoming call connection, or just reconnecting to a cell tower.

Yeah even my old phones used to that even when WAP was in it's infancy. I also find the iPhone (well 3GS anyway) is one of the worst for it.

I did not notice it before I wrote about it. Yes not all like that, but should follow rotation anyway.

I guess it's could been fixed by some inline code (and checks if it's exists).
