Title: C64anabalt
Post by: doimus on 2012-Jan-11
Well, indie game Canabalt was ported to C64 and is available as commercial boxed cartridge and as a free download.
Now, how cool is that!?  30 years on, the old C64 is still rocking. :good:

Dam!  All those years ago, I sold my c64, with 1541 disk drive, action replay cartridge, all the works and a box full of old routines demos etc. to fund my amiga 500.......and afterall that I couldn't get on with the assembler on the amiga and coded very little compared to my 64 days.

i Knew I should have kept the 64 :(
Parents advice of "Well if you want a new one you will have to sell your old one" is biting me in the bum now  :'(

It's not just the C64 that has made amazing progress - the Spectrum and Amstrad/Schneider CPC464 are also doing stuff now that was never even dreamed of back in their heyday.
