Does anyone know if there's a wrapper or anyway of listening to a shoutcast stream from an iOS GLB app? I have used Bass.dll before in Blitz but was hoping there was a way for iOS.

Bass exists to iOS as well Android, but the price is very roughly, but have not head the license for eventuelly implantation in language. Something like that could been sold as seperate product.

WTF are you talking about the original post was made on December 07, 2011, 01:00:03 pm and I bumped it yesterday after no reply WHATSOEVER. What do you deem sufficient time to wait to bump a thread then. Glbasic have never been good about music and sound and you cant do very much in glbasic standard, so I like to see sound/music to been improvement in v12, that include eventuelly shout cast. I have not seen such a library yet and think require third party lib.
I think bass support would been a very excellent addon if Gernot or one us other can get a good agreements and eventuellt could sold as a own package. By now the price is very rougly throught (even the shareware price for desktop is nice, the iOS/Android is not that cheap).
PS. Just post a reason to bumb a very old thread, which is also not allways preffered to prevent misunderstanding like that post I wrote. Just a personally thought. Im still very very sorry to empress you.

Theres already apps for shoutcast on idevices.
