When I try to install the latest update I get a runtime error and the programme terminates.Any ideas?

Yes, the newest version 4.001 must be downloaded from the website.

Where on website?I can't see it.Sorry if I am being a dolt!

Hello I have just downloaded the demo from the main site.  I have installed the english version and was ready to check it out.  Every I time I click on the desktop shortcut I get a

This application failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect.  
Reinstalling the application may fix this problem

I have reinstalled several times and nothing works.

hopefully I am overlooking something simple.

any help would be great.  I cant wait to try out GLbasic.

 After installing,  GLBasic won't start anymore. My OS is WinXP Sp2. :)  
 Does anyone have the same problem?

I downloaded the new version this past week and installed it and GLBasic runs just fine and I am using XP SP2.

I am using XP sp2 and have just installed the latest updates, and still have the problem.

Can someone test if
1) the tools work?
2) the messages like: "File was altered, do you want to save before quit" work in English?

Iam not sure of how to use the tools yet.  But I did try and change a line of code in one of the samples and then quit.   A dialog box asking me if I wanted to save the project was displayed.  Also I noticed as soon as I changed something in the code the name of the project in the tab, and in the window caption was displayed with an asterik (*) after it. So it would seem that part is working correctly.

I haven't had much of a change to experiment with GLbasic yet but I really like what I have seen so far!!

As to your questions:

1.  Tools work fine
2.  "dirty" feature works fine
