And I have the error from the iphone compiler. I don't know if that's a good thing, yet.

Its a nice operating system isn't it ?

Now you'll be able to get the FILEREQUEST problem sorted :)

Try :

Code (glbasic) Select
LOCAL a%=FILEREQUEST$(TRUE,"*.*")

in debug mode and watch it abnormally terminate :)

I can't reproduce it. I changed stuff in the editor, though.

Are you using the 32 or 64 bit version of Windows 7 ?

64 bit version. I fixed the compiler bugs (some). It might have been that the compilers relied on the environment variable TMPDIR.

Is it just me, or does Window's 7's 'On Screen Keyboard' not work with GLBasic?  (Works for me in XP)
Not a big deal, just occasionally while sitting on my couch I want to quickly try a small change.

Windows 7 has an on-screen keyboard?

Start > All Programs > Accessories > Ease of Access > on screen keyboard

Hmm thanks for that.  Reminds me a little (although it incorporates hand writing recognition) of the program that came with my Wacom tablet.
