Unfortunately I'm not familiar with how the process works with doing outsourcing, so I am not sure what an appropriate offer would be.

VERY good 3d and logo work  =D
I might use you to outsource some logo-stuff for an consultant business i run.

For our 2d-gfx, you can have a look at theese (the two first one is for a almost finished iPhone game):

There are lots of Creative Commons sites for sound and images. These allow royalty free and copyright free media - the artists only require attribution (namecheck/website mention etc.)

I'm using one such musician Kevin MacLeod (who also happened to create the music for the Hairy Legs (or whatever it's called) iPhone game.

you might not get exactly what you want, but you might get something you like :)

hey AMPOS,

I posted it somewhere and I also know this does not substitute real artists, but you may wanna take a look at this fine util here:

It may also help as place holders, or scratch to start some composition up...

I love this program!  It's random music, so it may take 20 or more attempts, but it can output some nice sounding 'music', that you own!  (I assume?)   It has multiple options for the type of music you want etc.
And changing the tempo can really change the mood of the song.

It saves the song as a .midi file.  Does anybody know how to edit midi files?  I would like to remove parts (like the beginning).  And, I would love the option of changing the instrument for certain parts, and not use the one(s) the program came up with.

I agree!  Playing midi files in your games would sure save on music storage / download.  Each level could have its own song!

And there is always SFXR for random sound effects.  Cool little random .wav generator that also allows you to tweak the sound.  Get it here:

What I guess I'm looking for is someone to do Royalty Free Art Assets. Not really so much that they're free because I am willing to pay someone to do the work. I actually need specific art done for the game.

You can find a freelancer artist easily. I did that for GooseBumpsters. He was willing to be OK with 50% of the income. Unfortunately I'm still waiting for the WIZ to get a Wifi dongle :/

I've been waiting for the Wiz Wi-Fi dongle since before LAST Christmas. But then I've been waiting for the Pandora since long before the Christmas before last Christmas!

I've now given up on both :(

You can find a lot of graphics artist on elance who are willing to work fixed price for game assets. You can find many graphics designers and artist, also a few music artists.
http://www.elance.com/ (http://www.elance.com/)

elance is also a escrow service, meaning you pay the graphics artist through elance, that way you only pay when it is completed and the graphics designer knows that the funds have been payed forward and will be recieved on delivery of the graphics.
