Title: IDE issue - Help not available unless a file is loaded

As it says - basic "Help? What am I doing?" from the Help menu is greyed out when there's no file loaded!

Yes, there are a few menu items missing when no file has been loaded...  Help & Log File should always be available really :)

When I need the Help but not the Editor I just open the Help file itself in the GlBasic Program Files Folder.

Yes, I got shortcut to chm file on my desktop, for just-reading sessions.

The installation makes a link in the start-menu too. Well at least mine did when I installed the first version :-)
