Title: FPS Movement
Post by: gavendortt on 2009-Oct-25
Sorry all, I saw that everybody just open a new topic each time, but after some research, I just don't understand how to make a first person camera for a First Person Shooter.
I saw that I need to use Cos and Sin, or this was not the good topic, but I don't understand the logic. So please, can someone explain it to me, clearly if possible.
Thank you all.

Right you need SIN & COS and two angles ( up/down and left/right )

Here is a good explanation fo SIN & COS:

Oh my god!  :S
I think I will just use the function and shut up!  =D
We're on it in math at school, function Cos, Sin and Tan, but this is another level, thank you by the way.
