Wow, very nicely done PeeJay :-) I haven't played the original though but the modern style is looking great :-)

Hmm, that's a bit of a mystery - sounds like a problem with the shoebox file holding the graphics (should be media.pj in the same folder as the exe). Gernot? Any ideas?

Is it working on your PC?

Of course, it works fine on my PC, and, from the feedback I have had, nobody else seems to have had this problem (only sparkes on RR reported a problem, but that was unrelated.)

I can only suggest that the archive was corrupted during the download / extraction process, so it might be worth trying to download it again (it is only 2Mb, after all!)

Hi PeeJay, I downloaded the whole thing again and restarted it.
The first start just showed a black screen (as it was with the first download).
I had to shut the program with the task manager.

Now, after restarting the game for a 2nd time (2nd download) and wow, sound and graphics are there and it plays great.

No clue why this is so.

Paraphrasing Bablefish on the above text -
QuoteDownloaded twice. It's borked. Why?

Works fine for me though. Nice one PeeJay :)

Thanks for that, Ian - I can't access Babelfish at work :(

That is strange - why would it work on one computer, but not on another? It definitely sounds like the media.pj shoebox file is where the fault lies, if you are not seeing any graphics. Any ideas, Gernot?

*might* be an issue with shoeboxing. Try removing all from your Temp directory and see if you can confrim it. BubmleBee stated, that a 2nd restart fixed it for him...
