Title: Retro programming books - available for free
Post by: Ian Price on 2016-Feb-09
Seeing how popular Mr Plow's Speccy coding book was, Usborne House (UK publishing house) has put out all of it's old C64, Spectrum and BBC programming books out for free on the interweb in PDF format.

Read all about it and grab'em here - http://www.theregister.co.uk/2016/02/09/usborne_programming_books_now_free/

[EDIT] Thanks to Eight Bit on the Pandora forums.

Yep, I saw that on the pandora forum too, was thinking about posting about but found this thread, I´m also sure Mental said something about it too a while ago.
Either way, I am super found of the computer games series and own them all, Grave digger has taught me how to handle a maze and I made a few attempts at a strategy game based on it somewhere else at the snippets. I´m still looking into it.

Really nice material, I wonder about their new stuff, anyone tried it out?
