I've found that. on a Mac (with ALLOWESCAPE FALSE), that the program will still exit if you use KEY to detect for the press of the ESC key.
To be more precise, if its pressed and then quickly released that its fine, but if the ESCAPE key is held down, the program exits.
This is in a window application (and not full screen).
