Cross Platform GUI

Is there cross platform ui?

I want to build one ui (like ddgui) for all platform (windows,linux,mac,iphone,android)

At the moment you can use DDgui.  I have currently limited GUI system in TSetup, but there are various things missing in that at the moment.
