Is anyone else getting a rash of people apparently buying (or attempting to buy) an item and then cancelling it before the transaction actually completes ?
I've had three in the last couple of days. It looks like people are trying to use dodgy cards, and without all the correct info (and having money in the account), it is failing... :whistle:
I haven't used this yet but isn't there an option to get a refund on an app in the first 15 minutes? Maybe it's people misusing that?
Its certainly possible, although Google state the application "has been cancelled because your buyer failed to provide a valid credit card number that passed authorization successfully" - which sounds as though they are trying to buy things with a stolen card :)
I got many of this. And I dont like to think that are people that knows how to save-keep-reactivate a downloaded apk file... :'(
Wouldn't be surprised...
