Would be nice if access to some SDL functions was availiable.

which ones? Usually GLBasic offers all that SDL offers and more.

Access to SDL_SM_SetCaption would be nice :)

as would :

SDL_ListModes - List of screen resolutions
SDL_GetVideoInfo - Video information
