Editor bug in version 7.144

Hi,
There is a bug in the the "Web" tab and in the "info" option of the menù "Help".
The problem is the handler for the integration of IE in the GUI that is wrong.
Please fix it!

Your editor open IE outside your GUI

Not here it doesn't - it uses my default web browser - which, in my case, is Chrome.

I'm sorry is a problem with another program and not a bug of the editor.
