Quizz software

Hello all,
does anyone know about a program/creator that will handle quizzes online, sign in/out, maybe some graphics too to boot?

The thing is, I have a friend that flies (planes), and he has long wanted to do an online application that will handle informations for new pilots and the tests they have to undergo to become one. The main part would involve simulating the tests. It would be like a payed service to allow people to log in and simulate tests and learn more about the subject. He does have the official material (brazil) on that matter and also a databank about the questions that will compromise the final tests.

I told him such a thing could be handled under GLB with the benefit of great multimedia and multiplatform, but such would be too much for him to handle (ye new language).

He is currently using msql and html do build this up but he fancies doing the thing in a kind of simple 3d environment as interface, similar to what unity could do.
I told him html5 could be an answer.

Anyway, the point is that he first wants to have the functional part up and running and later to extend to the 3d fps interface and the programming environment should also be able to handle that.

So here is my question, are there any softwares that would handle these? At least the login/out part and also be able to be expandable on the multimedia level?

I don't know of any off-the-shelf systems, as it looks like a highly specialised system that is needed.

There may be some login/out PHP stuff, but it would probably still need to be modified

Tnks mr t. I thought maybe thete would be something like an university kind of software around. It dosent need to have that much of gfx. I don't know much about these software at all.

There are companies that create online quizes of various types (and possibly even free ones), but I think they are more geared towards the Facebook type of quizzes...

I guess for for him it is best to keep up with what he knows. That is html, php,sql. Tks
