I see that V.10 is now available for download. I am currently using V8.203. Will my current license cover this new version allowing all features to be used?

It's recommended that you uninstall the old versions, but I never have, with no problems noted to date.
there might be duplicate files in the lib directory then and the linkers might pick wrong libs. It's better to uninstall before. But you'll get errors otherwise.
